Our knives are made from X50CrMoV15 German Steel, known for its durability, stain resistance, and edge retention. Our design is patented by the USPTO.
Every blade undergoes a six-stage heat treatment process to ensure strength and functionality. They are then hand sharpened to a 16-degree angle on each side.
The 5.5" handle and 8" blade are well balanced, with a Rockwell Hardness Scale rating of HRC 58 +/- 2.

Our knives are certified by NSF International and come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. To clean, wash with warm water and detergent, rinse, and dry with a towel.
