The Nakiri Knife has a 5-inch full-tang blade with an Asian-style taper-ground edge for stability, easy honing, sharpness, and efficiency when cutting. It is made from Cangshan's X-7 Damascus Steel with 67 layers. The blade goes through Cangshan's ULTRA6 heat treatment for strength and function. The HAKU Series is hand-sharpened to a 16-degree angle with a Rockwell Hardness rating of 60 +/- 2, ensuring sharpness and edge retention. It is recommended to hand wash only.
