The knives are handcrafted and made from durable X50CrMoV15 German Steel, known for its tight grain, stain resistance, and exceptional edge retention.
Each blade undergoes our unique ULTRA6 heat treatment to ensure its strength and functionality. They are hand-sharpened to a 16-degree angle on each side and have a hardness of HRC 58 +/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale.
