To ensure their strength and functionality, each blade undergoes our proprietary ULTRA6 heat treatment. Additionally, they are hand sharpened to a 16-degree angle per side and have a Rockwell Hardness Scale rating of HRC 58 +/- 2.
Our knives are NSF Certified and come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. To clean them, simply wash with warm water and a little detergent, rinse carefully, and dry with a towel.
