Each blade undergoes our proprietary ULTRA6 heat treatment, ensuring every knife maintains its strength and function. We hand sharpen each blade to a precise 16-degree angle per side, achieving a hardness rating of HRC 58 +/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale.
