Each knife style can be sharpened in two stages. The ultra-hard Tungsten carbide side restores dull edges, while the ceramic side hones and finishes edges, making it great for quick touch-ups.
The unique handle-shaped grip ensures finger safety, while the rubberized base prevents slipping on the work surface.
Do not use this sharpener with serrated knives or blades sharpened on only one side, like sashimi knives.
