Crafted from high-quality X50CrMoV15 German Steel, our handcrafted full-tang knives are forged for incredible durability, stain resistance, and exceptional edge retention. Each blade undergoes our proprietary ULTRA6 heat treatment, ensuring its strength and functionality. Our blades are hand sharpened to a 16-degree angle per side, with a HRC 58 +/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale.

These knives are designed to slice steak, poultry, and fish cleanly, without tearing or shredding the meat. NSF Certified, they come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. To maintain their quality, wash them with warm water and a little detergent, rinse carefully, and dry with a towel.
