The handcrafted full-tang knives are forged from tight-grained X50CrMoV15 German Steel, ensuring incredible durability, stain resistance, and exceptional edge retention.
Each blade undergoes our proprietary ULTRA6 heat treatment, guaranteeing that every blade maintains its strength and function. They are hand sharpened to a 16-degree angle per side and have an HRC of 58 +/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale.
